LEGAL NOTICE:  REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Banking and Depository Services for Active and Interim Deposits of Public Funds

As provided by the Uniform Depository Act ORC 135.01 ET. SEQ.

Turtlecreek Township, Warren County, Ohio

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of Turtlecreek Township is soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide comprehensive Banking and Depository Services for a period of five years, beginning September 1, 2026. 

Proposal Submission:  Proposals must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked “RFP:  Banking Services” and delivered to the Office of the Fiscal Officer of Turtlecreek Township, 670 N St Rt 123, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026. 

Right to Reject:  Turtlecreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most favorable to the interest of the Township.
