Chief Jameson asks that you phone the fire station (513-932-4902) before burning to obtain clearance on air quality and other conditions. Failing to notify the fire department may result in an unexpected response to your home after a call from passersby who see the flames or smoke. When you obtain permission, we will notify the radio dispatch that it is a controlled burn.
